Carey Davis-Munro

Carey has had over 25 years experience in the field of health, fitness and wellbeing, both as Physical Education teacher, a Learning and Development expert and serial entrepreneur, creating the UK’s first to market multi award winning Superfood Chocolate Truffles .

Carey now works as a Food Coach with amazing mums and corporates to empower people to build a healthier relationship with food for long term wellness.

Also, a motivational speaker on the subject of optimum nutrition for children and teenagers, telling her own story, examining the psychology behind healthy eating and how to bring a family along with you on journey to optimum health.

Carey talks about her own bitter experience of reaching breaking point physically before a violent wake up call to take control of her health. Her key message therefore is to urge people to prioritise their health and to do so through the single biggest influence on lifestyle disease….Food!

She is a published author having had many of her recipes reproduced by Ocado,( to provide content for them when they first launched the ‘healthy recipe’ area of their website,) and is currently working with a publisher to launch her first book in August 2020; a coaching guide with recipes to support a sustainable change in eating habits and health.

Carey has appeared on BBC Radio 2 ( The Gaby Roslin Show ) and has been invited as an expert on a range of topics for local radio.
