He has worked in over 1500 schools and businesses. Ross has also worked with institutionalized pupils with the highest national ‘tariff’ of need. He is nationally accredited by Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) and delivers training and keynote speaking at various national conferences, school clusters and business managers forums.
